Before you fill out your custom video form for submission, please read the following tidbits of info to help you on your way:

Video Content: You are commissioning a custom video featuring myself as the actress, the director, and the editor. The person you communicate with before, during, and after you receive you commission. Please note that all details must be discussed BEFORE payment is sent and I reserve the right to deny any additional changes post payment if they are too labor intensive or may go against the ToS for the payment processor to accept. With that said I can also consider private “for you eyes only” videos for a higher cost.

Video Length: My videos start at “Up to 10 mins” in length and increase per 5 min increments. Example: Videos are up to 10, 15, 20, 25mins in length. I will also film videos longer than 25 minutes if the script calls for it and a price is agreed upon.

Turn Over Time: From the time the order is received and paid for, please allow 2-3 weeks for your final copy to be delivered to your inbox. This assures I’m not rushing through things and missing valuable details during the process. If there is an issue, I will be in touch immediately either via DMs or through the Email provided at sign-up. If I cannot complete the custom for whatever reason, I will offer a full refund.

Format & Resolution: I film all my videos in 4K and offer HD and SD resolution here on the site. Unless requested otherwise, I will send you the HD version unless discussed prior.

Pricing Extras: Please note that any additional wardrobe or props requested on set (that I do not have on hand) will be discussed and added to your check out total. It is your responsibility to make sure this video is everything you imagined in regard to extra items. Sometimes I may have the item(s) requested, but because it’s been sitting in the closet it could be old, worn out, not fit right etc. In that case you allow me to use my creative license to try and get it as close as possible to the original vision or filming may be delayed for an undetermined amount of time till resolved.
